Cichon Lenee’ Candle Co. is a Metro-Detroit home-based business. Let’s start by saying that we LOVE candles! In the beginning, we created candles for our own personal use because we were tired of purchasing over priced candles that either lacked scent throw or produced black residue (soot) on the side of most candle jars. We were encouraged by our family and friends to bring our candles to market, so here we are.
If the environment is important to you, you are going to LOVE our coconut wax candles. Our coconut wax is made from the meat of the coconut (organic, renewable, no pesticides). Our candles burn clean, even, with no additives, no paraffin blends, no artificial colors or dyes, and are virtually smoke-free. Our candles have 4x more fragrance than the average candle. Attention to detail is given to each and every one of our candles. Our candles are slowly and carefully hand poured in small batches. Our crackling wooden wick will remind you of the familiar crackle of a wood fire. Our wooden wicks are made from FSC Certified Wood, hand-crafted and made in the USA. We offer sophisticated, luxury wooden wick candles with exquisite and designer fragrances. Our 12 oz. jar candles burn 50-55 hours. The simple and clean design of our candles will fit any décor.

Returns
The Small Print
What can be returned? We do not accept returns. We take pride in producing the highest quality coconut wax candle product available. Slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the unique handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve your issues.
We will refund or replace the product that is defective or broken in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier.
Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to Cichonlenee@yahoo.com. Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
Cichon Lenee' Candle Co. will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only.
No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.
You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Cichon Lenee' Candle Co. for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
Shipping Policy
How It Works
All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes unless otherwise requested. All ordered as shipped via USPS or UPS. Most orders ship same day when placed before 2 p.m. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
Orders placed prior to 2pm on business days will typically ship out same-day. Orders placed after 2pm on business days or over the weekend will ship out the next business day. You will receive a notification via email or Messenger when your order ships. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days depending on the proximity of your shipping address to our headquarters in Michigan.

Candle Care
Candles Require A Certain Amount of Care
To enjoy your candles to their fullest, a certain amount of care is required. Keeping their wicks trimmed properly will help your candles burn fully and last longer. Your candle’s wick should be trimmed after every 4 hours of burn time. Let the candle come to room temperature, then trim the wick to 1/8 inch before relighting. The length helps create complete combustion, which provides a nice clean burn. Enjoy your candles and their fragrances.
